بالصور..الرئيس السيسي يشهد أداء حلف اليمين لرؤساء محكمة النقض والنيابة الإدارية وقضايا الدولة

شهد السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية اليوم أداء حلف اليمين لكل من السادة : المستشار حسني حسن عبد اللطيف أبو زيد، رئيساً لمحكمة النقض، المستشار حافظ أحمد عباس محمد، رئيساً لهيئة النيابة الإدارية، المستشار مسعد عبد المقصود بيومي، رئيساً لهيئة قضايا الدولة.

وصرح المستشار أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية أن السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي أكد أهمية دور القضاء وهيئتي النيابة الإدارية وقضايا الدولة في إرساء العدالة وإعلاء كلمة القانون، مشيداً بما تقوم به تلك المؤسسات والهيئات القضائية الموقرة من أداء مهامها على الوجه الأكمل، بما يسهم في حماية حقوق المواطنين وصون مصالح الوطن.

كما منح السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي وسام الجمهورية من الطبقة الأولى لكل من السادة : القاضي محمد عيد محمد محجوب، رئيس محكمة النقض السابق، المستشار عدلي عبد الفتاح زايد، رئيس هيئة النيابة الإدارية السابق، المستشار محمد محمد بكر، رئيس هيئة قضايا الدولة السابق.

وقد أعرب السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي في هذا الصدد عن خالص التقدير للسادة المستشارين والقضاة، لجهودهم الكبيرة وما قدموه من عطاء وتفان وإخلاص، على مدار مسيرتهم الممتدة في العمل القضائي.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi witnessed the swearing in of:

Counselor Hosni Hassan Abdel Latif Abu Zeid, as President of the Court of Cassation

Counselor Hafez Ahmed Abbas Mohamed, as President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority

Counselor Mosaad Abdel Maqsud Bayoumi, as Head of the State Lawsuits Authority

Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmad Fahmy, said the President underscored the important role of the Judiciary, the Administrative Prosecution Authority and the State Lawsuits Authority in establishing justice and upholding the rule of law. The President lauded the revered judicial institutions and authorities for performing their duties in the best manner, which contributes to preserving the rights of the citizens and safeguarding the interests of the homeland.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi also granted the Order of the Republic, of the First Class to:

Judge Mohamed Eid Mohamed Mahgoub, Former President of the Court of Cassation

Counselor Adly Abdel Fattah Zayed, Former President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority

Counselor Mohamed Mohamed Bakr, Former Head of the State Lawsuits Authority

Spokesman for the Presidency said President El-Sisi expressed sincere appreciation for the revered judge and counselors for the great efforts they have exerted with commitment, devotion and honesty over their extended career in judicial work.
