الرئيس السيسي يوجه باستمرار الصندوق السيادي المصري في تعزيز جهوده الهادفة لتحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل للفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة وتطويرها

اجتمع السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية اليوم مع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والدكتورة هالة السعيد وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية المستشار أحمد فهمي أن السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي اطلع خلال الاجتماع على مجمل مشروعات وأنشطة صندوق مصر السيادي، الذي يهدف إلى زيادة حجم الاستثمارات في مصر وتطوير نوعيتها، بالتركيز على القطاعات ذات الأولوية لنمو ونهوض الاقتصاد الوطني، ومن بينها التحول الرقمي، والصحة والتعليم، والصناعة والزراعة، والهيدروجين الأخضر وتحلية المياه.
وخلال الاجتماع تم عرض الشراكات التي أبرمها الصندوق مع عدد من الصناديق السيادية العربية والعالمية، ودورها في توفير فرص استثمار مشتركة، بالإضافة إلى الأولويات الاستثمارية للصندوق والمشروعات المستهدفة في مختلف القطاعات خلال الفترة المقبلة.
كما تمت الإشارة إلى دخول الصندوق المصري ضمن أكبر 50 صندوقاً سيادياً عالمياً رغم حداثة نشأته في عام 2018 والتحديات العالمية والإقليمية المتعددة خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
وأوضح المستشار أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمي أن السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي وجه باستمرار الصندوق السيادي المصري في تعزيز جهوده الهادفة لتحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل للفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة في الدولة، وتطويرها بشكل مدروس ومستدام بالتعاون الكامل مع القطاع الخاص، تعظيماً لمقدرات الأجيال الحالية والقادمة لجميع المصريين، ولبناء قاعدة اقتصادية واستثمارية متنامية ومتنوعة، تؤدي إلى توفير المزيد من فرص العمل المتميزة للمواطنين، وزيادة متوسطات الدخل ورفع مستوى المعيشة.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister, Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, and Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Dr. Hala El-Said.
Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmad Fahmy, said President El-Sisi was briefed on the projects and activities of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE), which aims to increase and develop the size and scope of investments in Egypt, with a focus on priority sectors for the development and growth of the national economy. Those include digital transformation, health, education, the industry, agriculture, green hydrogen and water desalination.
The meeting reviewed the partnerships the Fund has struck with a number of Arab and international sovereign funds, the Fund’s role in providing joint investment opportunities as well as its investment priorities and the projects targeted in the various sectors during the coming period. It was noted that the Egyptian Fund is among the world’s 50 largest Sovereign Funds, despite its recent establishment in 2018 and the multiple regional and international challenges over the past years.
President El-Sisi gave directives for the Sovereign Fund of Egypt to further strengthen efforts toward leveraging and developing the state’s promising investment opportunities, in a well-studied and sustainable manner with full collaboration with the private sector. This aims to boost the resources of the present and future generations of all Egyptians and build a growing and diverse economic and investment basis, conducive to generating more outstanding jobs for the citizens, increasing income average and raising the standard of living.
