شهد السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح الرئيس جمهورية مصر العربية أداء حلف اليمين لكلٍ من المستشار أحمد عبد الحميد حسن عبود، رئيساً لمجلس الدولة، والمستشار عبد الراضي أحمد صديق سليمان، رئيساً لهيئة النيابة الإدارية، كما منح سيادته وسام الجمهورية من الطبقة الأولى، لكلٍ من المستشار عادل فهيم عزب، رئيس مجلس الدولة السابق، والمستشار حافظ أحمد عباس، رئيس هيئة النيابة الإدارية السابق.

وفي هذا السياق، أعرب السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي عن تمنياته بالتوفيق للرئيسين الجديدين لمجلس الدولة وهيئة النيابة الإدارية، مؤكداً مواصلة العمل على ترسيخ أسس دولة القانون، القائمة على العدل والمساواة وضمان الحقوق، وفقاً للدستور والقانون، ومشيداً بدور المؤسسات والهيئات القضائية الموقرة، في حماية حقوق المواطنين، وصون مصالح الوطن.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi witnessed the swearing-in of Counselor Ahmed Abdel-Hamid Hassan Aboud as the President of the State Council and Counselor Abdel-Rady Ahmed Sediq Suleiman as the President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority.

President El-Sisi conferred the Order of the Republic, First Class, upon the former President of the State Council, Counselor Adel Fahim Azzab, and the former President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, Counselor Hafez Ahmed Abbas.

The President wished the new presidents of the State Council and the Administrative Prosecution Authority success, affirming the continuation of efforts to uphold the principles of the rule of law, based on justice, equality, and the protection of rights, in accordance with the constitution and law. The President also praised the role of the esteemed judicial institutions and bodies in protecting the rights of citizens and safeguarding the interests of the nation.
