اجتمع السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية اليوم مع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والمهندس شريف الشربيني وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية أن السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي اطلع خلال الاجتماع على الموقف التنفيذي لعدد من مشروعات وزارة الإسكان، من بينها المبادرة الرئاسية “سكن لكل المصريين”، التي تهدف لتوفير وحدات سكنية بأسعار ملائمة بعدة مدن، إلى جانب مشروعات الإسكان المتوسط والاستثماري في عدد من المحافظات، وفي هذا الإطار تم استعراض ما تم الانتهاء من تنفيذه، والإطار الزمني للمراحل المقبلة، حيث وجه السيد الرئيس في هذا الشأن بالاستمرار في تسريع وتيرة أعمال البناء بالمبادرة، مشدداً على أهمية تعزيز جهود توفير السكن الملائم لجميع المواطنين، بما يسهم في تحقيق الاستقرار المجتمعي، ومنوهاً في هذا الصدد إلى ضرورة تكثيف الجهود لتعظيم الاستفادة من البنية التحتية المتطورة التي أنجزتها الدولة على مدار السنوات الماضية.
كما تطرق الاجتماع إلى خطط التطوير الاستثماري للمناطق العمرانية، خاصةً مناطق الساحل الشمالي الغربي، مع التركيز على مناطق جنوب الطريق الدولي الساحلي، لرفع قيمتها الاستثمارية وتعظيم عائدها الاقتصادي، فضلًا عن تحسين الوجه الحضاري لهذه المنطقة، وزيادة مساهمتها في الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث شدد السيد الرئيس في هذا الصدد على أهمية الحوكمة السليمة لإدارة الموارد والأصول في تلك المشروعات وغيرها، وفقاً لأفضل المعايير المتبعة في ذلك الشأن، موجهاً بمواصلة وتوسيع جهود المشاركة مع القطاع الخاص وتمكينه ودعم دوره، وإنشاء آليات ومحفزات يُمكن من خلالها جذب المزيد من الاستثمارات، وذلك على النحو الذي يدعم الاقتصاد المصري، ويتكامل مع المحاور الأخرى، خاصة الصناعية، بهدف تحقيق شمول واستدامة التنمية.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Eng. Sherif El-Shirbiny.
The Spokesman for the Presidency said the President was briefed on the implementation status of a number of the Ministry of Housing projects, including the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians”, which aims to provide housing units at reasonable prices in a number of cities. This is in addition to middle income and investment housing projects in a number of governorates. The status of completed projects and the time frame for the next stages were reviewed. The President gave directives in this regard to continue accelerating the pace of construction work within the initiative, stressing the importance of enhancing efforts to provide appropriate housing for all citizens, which contributes to achieving societal stability, also noting the need to intensify efforts to maximize the benefit from the advanced infrastructure that the state has accomplished in the past years.
The meeting also touched on investment development plans for urban areas, especially the northwest coast, with emphasis on areas south of the international coastal road, to raise their investment value and maximize their economic return. This is in addition to improving the area and increasing its contribution to the national economy. The President stressed the importance of sound governance for managing resources and assets in these projects and others, in accordance with the best standards followed in this regard. The President gave directives for the continuation and expansion of efforts to participate with the private sector, empower it and support its role, as well as establish mechanisms and incentives through which more investments can be attracted, in order to support the Egyptian economy, and integrate with other axes, especially the industrial axis, with the aim of achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.
