بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السيدات والسادة.. الحضور الكريم،
يأتي شهر أكتوبر من كل عام.. حاملاً معه نسائم الانتصار والمجد .. تلك الأيام التي نستحضر فيها دروس النصر.. ونحتفي بالأبطال والشهداء.. ونحيى ذكرى انتصارات أكتوبر العظيمة.. التي تتزامن مع احتفالنا بتخريج دفعات جديدة.. من طلبة الأكاديمية العسكرية المصرية .. لينضموا إلى ساحات الشرف والبطولة.. مدافعين عن أمن مصر وسلامة شعبها.. بعد أن تم إعدادهم، وفقاً لأفضل وأرقى المستويات العسكرية والعلمية.
شعب مصر العظيم؛
في مثل هذه الأيام.. منذ واحد وخمسين عاماً.. حققت مصر نصراً سيبقى خالداً.. في ذاكرة هذا الوطن.. وعلى صفحات تاريخه المجيد .. انتصاراً؛ يذكر الجميع دائماً.. بأن هذا الوطن – بتلاحم شعبه وقيادته وجيشه – قادر على فعل المستحيل مهما عظم.. وأن روح أكتوبر.. ليست شعارات إنشائية تقال؛ بل هى كامنة في جوهر هذا الشعب.. ومعدنـه الأصيـل .. تظهر جلية عند الشدائد.. معبرة عن قوة الحق، وعزة النفس، وصلابة الإرادة .. ويسجل التاريخ بكلمات من نور.. أن مصر عزيزة بأبنائها.. قوية بمؤسساتها.. شامخة بقواتها المسلحة.. وفخورة بتضحيات أبنائها.
إن ما حققته مصر في حرب أكتوبر المجيدة.. سيظل أبد الدهر، شاهداً على قوة إرادة الشعب المصري.. وكفاءة قواته المسلحة.. وقدرة المصريين على التخطيط الدقيق والتنفيذ المحكم.
السيدات والسادة،
يأتي احتفالنا هذا العام، بذكرى نصر أكتوبر المجيد.. في ظرف بالغ الدقة فى تاريخ منطقتنا.. التي تموج بأحداث دامية متصاعدة.. تعصف بمقدرات شعوبها..وتهـدد أمــن وســلامة بلـدانها .. ويأتي هذا التصعيد الإقليمي.. وسط أجواء من الترقب على المستوى الدولي ..تذكرنا.. بما حققه المصريون – بالتماسك وتحمل الصعاب – من أجل بناء قوتنا المسلحة.. للحفاظ على سلامة هذا الوطن الغالـي.. وتبديــد أي أوهـــام لــدى أى طــرف ..
إن اللحظة التاريخية الفارقة، التي تمر بها منطقتنا الآن.. تدعونا للتأكيد مجددا.. بأن السلام العادل هو الحل الوحيد.. لضمان التعايش الآمن والمستدام، بين شعوب المنطقة .. وأن التصعيد والعنف والدمار.. يؤدون إلى دفع المنطقة نحو حافة الهاوية.. وزيادة المخاطر، إقليمياً ودولياً.. بما لا يحقق مصالح أي شعب، يرغب في الأمـن والسلام والتنمية ..ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن مصر تؤكد موقفها الثابت.. المدعوم بالتوافق الدولي.. بضرورة إقامة الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة.. كسبيل وحيد لإرساء السلام والأمن والاستقرار للجميع.
شعب مصر الأبي الكريم،
اسمحوا لى أن أتوجه اليوم بالتحية والتقدير.. للقوات المسلحة المصرية.. تلك المؤسسة الوطنية العريقة.. التي لم ولن تتخلف يوماً.. عن التصدي لتحمل المسئولية، مهما ثقلت.. وتأدية الأمانة، مهما بلغت .. تحية لها بجميع أجيالها.. من المحاربين القدامى إلى الأجيال الصاعدة.
وسلاماً على شهداء مصر الأبرار من القوات المسلحة.. الذين ضحوا بأرواحهم فداء لشعبها .. وتحية لأسرهم وعائلاتهم.. الذين تحملوا قسوة الفراق.. وقدموهم ثمناً غالياً، ليعيش الوطن كريماً مطمئناً.
كما نتوجه بتحية احترام وتقدير متجددة.. إلى روح البطل الشهيد.. الرئيس محمد أنور السادات.. بطل استرداد الكرامة والأرض.. بالحرب والسلام.. بالشجاعة والرؤية الإستراتيجية .. ونقول لروحه اليوم:
“إن ما وهبت حياتك من أجله.. لن يضيع هدراً أو هباءً.. بل وضع الأساس الراسخ.. الذي نبنى عليه.. ليبقى الوطن شامخاً والشعب آمناً .. يحيا مرفوع الرأس على أرضه.. لا ينقص منها شبر.. ولن ينقص بإذن الله .. وهذا وعدنا وعهدنا لشعبنا العظيم”.
ودعونى أؤكد في ختام كلمتي: أن سلامة هذا الوطن.. ما كان لها أن تتحقق.. في مواجهة تلك التحديات التي مررنا بها، على مدار السنوات الماضية.. لولا صمود هذا الشعب الأمين ووحدته .. فتضحيات أبناء هذا الوطن.. هي نهر عطاء مستمر على مدار التاريخ.. وإن اختلفت صورها ..وستظل مصر بوحدة شعبها.. أكبر من جميع التحديات والصعاب .. وسيستمر تقدمها للأمام.. محفوظا بنصر الله ورعايته.. وإرادة وعزيمة أبناء هذا الشعب الكريم.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
The month of October descends every year, embracing the breezes of victory and glory. Those are the days when we reflect on the lessons of victory, honor our heroes and martyrs, and commemorate the anniversary of the great October War victories. These festivities coincide with the graduation of new batches from the Egyptian Military Academy, who will stand steadfast in the arenas of honor and heroism, safeguarding Egypt’s security and ensuring the safety and well-being of its people. They have undergone the highest and finest military and scientific training.
On such days, 51 years ago, Egypt achieved a victory that will forever be enshrined in the memory of this nation and endure in the annals of its glorious history. This victory serves as a powerful reminder that this nation, with the cohesion of its people, leadership and army, is capable of conquering the impossible, no matter how daunting. The spirit of October is not about void rhetoric, rather it is embedded in the core of this people and in their noble character, which shines brightest in times of peril, revealing the true power of the truth, self-respect and unyielding resolution.
In luminous words, history records Egypt as a nation cherished by its people, fortified by its institutions, adorned with the majesty of its armed forces, and proud of the sacrifices of its sons.
Egypt’s remarkable achievement in the glorious October War will be perpetuated as a testament to the unwavering resolve of the Egyptian people, the competence of its armed forces and the Egyptians’ outstanding capacity for meticulous planning and implementation.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Our commemoration of the glorious October War victory this year occurs at a precarious moment in the history of our region, which is grappling with rising bloodshed, ravaging the resources of our peoples and compromising the security and safety of our countries.
This regional escalation unfolds amidst an atmosphere of wary anticipation by the global community. This is reminiscent of the Egyptians’ achievement, through their solidarity and resilience, in building our armed forces to safeguard this precious homeland and shatter any illusions held by any party.
This watershed moment our region is currently experiencing demands a renewed commitment to just and equitable peace as the only path to lasting and safe coexistence among the peoples of the region. Escalation, violence and destruction will further plunge the region into abyss and exacerbate regional and international tensions, ultimately undermining the interests of all peoples striving to live in security, peace and prosperity.
Grounded in this perception, Egypt reaffirms its unequivocal and unshakable stance, supported by international consensus, on the imperative to establish an independent Palestinian state as the only viable path to establish peace, security and stability for all.
The proud people of Egypt,
Allow me to extend gratitude and appreciation to the Egyptian Armed Forces. This revered national institution has never and will never shirk its responsibility, no matter how formidable, and has always fulfilled its duty, no matter how challenging. A salute to all generations of the Egyptian Armed Forces, from war veterans to future generations.
May peace be upon the noble martyrs of the Armed Forces, who made the ultimate sacrifice for their people. We salute their families who endured the immense pain of loss and paid an exorbitant price for the nation to live in dignity, pride and security.
We express our deepest respect and gratitude to the soul of the heroic martyr, late President Mohamed Anwar Sadat, who championed the restoration of the nation’s dignity and the reclaiming of its land, through war and peace, demonstrating bravery and strategic brilliance. Today, we tell him:
“What you sacrificed your life for will not be in vain. It laid a robust foundation upon which we build, for our nation to stand exalted and for its people to live securely with heads held high on their land, not a single inch of its soil lost or ever surrendered, God willing. This is our pledge to and covenant with our great people.”
Let me confirm at the conclusion:
The security of our homeland, amidst the challenges we have encountered over the past years, has only been made possible by the resilience and solidarity of our people. The sacrifices of the sons of this nation have been an inexhaustible source of generosity throughout history, manifesting in various forms. United as one, Egypt will always rise above all challenges and hardships and will press resolutely ahead on its path, guided by the divine grace and providence, and the boundless determination of the sons of this noble people.
