استقبل السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية ، اليوم، السيد “أوبيانج نجيما” رئيس جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية، وذلك على هامش معرض مصر الدولي للطاقة “إيجبس 2025”.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن الرئيسين شددا على ضرورة مواصلة تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بما يخدم مصالح الشعبين الشقيقين، واستكشاف آفاق أرحب للتعاون في مختلف المجالات، حيث أكد السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي على إستعداد مصر للمشاركة في جهود التنمية في غينيا الاستوائية، وذلك في إطار حرص مصر على دعم الدول الأفريقية الشقيقة، وإيماناً منها بالمصير المشترك لشعوب القارة.
وأضاف السفير محمد الشناوي، المتحدث الرسمي، أن اللقاء تناول الأوضاع المتعلقة بالسلم والأمن في القارة الأفريقية، وسبل تحقيق الإستقرار فيها، كما إستعرض الرئيسان سبل تعزيز آليات العمل في الإتحاد الأفريقي، وتفعيل برامجه المختلفة لدعم العمل الأفريقي المشترك، مؤكدين على التزامهما بالعمل سوياً بما يحقق مصالح القارة في المحافل الدولية.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with President of Equatorial Guinea, Obiang Nguema, on the sidelines of “The Egypt Energy Show” (EGYPES 2025).
Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, said the two Presidents emphasized the need to further enhance bilateral relations for the benefit of the two peoples, and to explore broader prospects of cooperation in an array of fields. President El-Sisi underscored Egypt’s willingness to engage in development efforts in Equatorial Guinea, driven by its commitment to supporting African countries and by its belief in the common destiny the peoples of the continent share.
The meeting focused on the state of peace and security across the African continent, and means of achieving stability in the continent. The two Presidents explored mechanisms for strengthening collaboration within the African Union and revitalizing its various programs to bolster joint African action. They also reaffirmed their commitment to unified action to protect Africa’s interests in international fora.
