أجرى السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية اتصالاً هاتفياً اليوم بالرئيس الجابوني “بريس أوليجي نجيما”.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية أن السيد الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي حرص على تهنئة الرئيس الجابوني على فوزه في الانتخابات الرئاسية الجابونية، وما عكسته النتائج من ثقة شعبية في القيادة الجابونية، مشيداً سيادته بانعقاد الانتخابات الرئاسية باعتبارها خطوة أساسية لاستكمال المسار الانتقالي في دولة الجابون الشقيقة، ومؤكداً على تمنيات سيادته للرئيس الجابوني بالتوفيق والنجاح في مهامه لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في الجابون ودفع التكامل الإقليمي في القارة الأفريقية.
وأضاف السفير محمد الشناوي، المتحدث الرسمي، أن الاتصال تناول أيضاً سبل تعزيز التعاون الثنائي، بما يخدم مصالح البلدين ويحقق تطلعات شعبيهما الصديقين، حيث تم تأكيد حرص مصر على دعم الجابون في مسيرتها التنموية، والتشديد على أهمية تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري بين البلدين.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi spoke by phone with the President of Gabon, Brice Oligui Nguema.
Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Mohamed El-Shennawy, said that President El-Sisi congratulated the Gabonese President on winning the presidential elections, and on the results, which reflected popular confidence in the Gabonese leadership.
The President commended the holding of the presidential elections as a fundamental step to complete the transitional path in the Republic of Gabon.
President El-Sisi wished the Gabonese president success in his tasks to achieve comprehensive development in Gabon and advance regional integration in the African continent.
The call touched on ways to enhance bilateral cooperation to serve the interests of both countries and fulfill the aspirations of both peoples.
President El-Sisi reiterated Egypt’s keenness to support Gabon in its development path and affirmed the importance of strengthening economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
