تلقى السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية اتصالاً هاتفياً مساء اليوم من الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون.
وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية أن الاتصال شهد التباحث وتبادل الرؤى حول مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية والدولية، حيث استعرض السيد الرئيس الاتصالات المصرية المكثفة مع كافة الأطراف لوقف التصعيد الجاري في المنطقة، وتجنب الانزلاق لدائرة جديدة من الصراع غير المحسوب، الذي يهدد باندلاع مواجهة إقليمية شاملة على نحو ما حذرت منه مصر طوال الأشهر الماضية، مشدداً في هذا الصدد على أهمية تضافر الجهود الدولية للدفع قدماً باتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في غزة، كون استمرار الحرب في القطاع هي أساس التصعيد الحالي في الإقليم، ومؤكداً المسئولية التي تقع على عاتق المجتمع الدولي لخفض التصعيد، ومعالجة جذور هذا النزاع بإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية ذات السيادة وتنفيذ حل الدولتين.
وأضاف المتحدث الرسمي أن الرئيس ماكرون ثمن الجهود الدؤوبة والمخلصة التي تبذلها مصر منذ اندلاع الأزمة، واتفق الرئيسان على تكثيف الجهود والتنسيق خلال الفترة القادمة من أجل ضمان أمن واستقرار المنطقة، ومنع توسع الصراع الذي يهدد مقدرات شعوب الإقليم، فضلاً عن تأكيد أهمية إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية بالكميات الكافية لكافة مناطق قطاع غزة، وضمان عدم تأثر نفاذ المساعدات بالتطورات في المنطقة.
This evening, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from French President Emmanuel Macron.
The Spokesman for the Presidency said the two presidents discussed and exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments. President El-Sisi reviewed Egypt’s intensive contacts with all parties to stop escalation in the region, and avoid sliding to a new circle of uncalculated conflict, which threatens the eruption of a comprehensive regional confrontation that Egypt has been warning of the past months, stressing the importance of concerted international efforts to advance a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, as the continuation of the war in the Strip is the basis of the current escalation in the region. The President also stressed the responsibility borne by the international community towards the de-escalation of tension as well as addressing the root causes of this conflict by establishing a sovereign Palestinian state and implementing the two-state solution.
French President Macron appreciated Egypt’s tireless and sincere efforts since the outbreak of the crisis. The two presidents agreed to intensify efforts and coordination in the coming period to ensure the security and stability of the region, and prevent the expansion of the conflict that threatens the capabilities of the peoples of the region. This is in addition to stressing the importance of delivering humanitarian aid in sufficient quantities to all areas of the Gaza Strip and ensuring that access to aid is not affected by developments in the region.
