Legal expert Mostafa Fekry, a sports specialist and former media spokesperson, affirmed that the world is witnessing a fundamental transformation in the nature of jobs and the labor market, driven by rapid scientific progress—foremost among them artificial intelligence—which has become capable of performing many tasks that were once exclusive to humans.

He explained that international reports indicate that a large proportion of traditional jobs are expected to decline or disappear in the coming years, alongside the emergence of new roles that rely on digital skills, analytical thinking, and creativity. This, he noted, requires individuals to reassess their career paths.
Fekry added that relying on a single profession is no longer sufficient to ensure job security, emphasizing that mastering more than one skill or craft opens broader opportunities and equips individuals with the ability to adapt to sudden changes in the labor market.
He pointed out that artificial intelligence will not merely be a supportive tool, but rather a powerful partner across various sectors, which necessitates that individuals continuously develop themselves and focus on skills that are not easily replaceable, such as critical thinking, innovation, and human interaction.
He stressed that working in a field one is passionate about remains a decisive factor in achieving success and sustainability, as passion fuels excellence and distinction—even amid competition with machines.
He further added that the future will not belong to the physically strongest or even the most knowledgeable alone, but to those who are more flexible and capable of learning and adapting. He noted that those who possess multiple skills are better able to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
He concluded his remarks by saying:
“In the age of artificial intelligence, do not place all your dreams in a single job… instead, create multiple paths for yourself and learn something new every day. The future will not wait for those who hesitate—it rewards those who evolve”.
