وجه السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية كلمة إلى القمة الافتراضية لمجموعة العشرين G20 المنعقدة ٢٢ نوفمبر الجاري، فيما يلي نصها :
فخامة رئيس وزراء الهند ناريندرا مودى.. السادة رؤساء الدول والحكومات..
السيدات والسادة، أود بداية، أن أعرب عن فائق امتنانى.. لفخامة رئيس وزراء الهند.. على تنظيم هذه القمة.. التى تنعقد فى خضم تصاعد حدة التوترات الجيوسياسية العالمية، فضلا عن استمرار تداعيات الأزمات الاقتصادية الدولية المتعاقبة..وتراجع وتيرة تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.. وتفاقم تحديات تغير المناخ.. بالإضافة إلى حالة الاستقطاب والانتقائية.. التى تتفاقم فى النظام الدولى.
ولعل أسلوب تفاعل المجتمع الدولى..مع الحرب الدائرة فى الأراضى الفلسطينية.. يعد تجسيدا لهذه الانتقائية التى نتحدث عنها فلا تزال آلة الحرب تحصد المزيد من الأرواح.. وتخلف الدمار والتشريد.. بالرغم من التحذيرات الدولية المتصاعدة.. بضرورة حماية المدنيين.. واحترام القانون الدولى بالإضافة إلى ضرورة حصول الشعب الفلسطينى.. على حقه المشروع فى إقامة دولته.. والعيش بسلام وأمن بجانب إسرائيل.
السادة رؤساء الدول والحكومات،
إن ما نشهده اليوم من أزمات..وإن كانت ذات وجه سياسى وعسكرى.. إنما تتماس وتتقاطع.. مع الاختلالات الاقتصادية العميقة التى يشهدها العالم.. والتى تنعكس سلبا بقوة.. على تلبية حقوق الإنسان الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.. خاصة فى الدول النامية.
لقد أصبحت الحاجة لتطوير وإصلاح النظام العالمى، بشكل شامل، أمرا لا مفر منه ويأتى على رأس ذلك: إصلاح الهيكل الاقتصادى والمالى الدولى.. بما يشمله من استحداث آليات تمويل فعالة.. وتعظيم الاستفادة من الآليات القائمة.
ويضاف إلى ذلك.. إصلاح سياسات وممارسات بنوك التنمية متعددة الأطراف.. لتعزيز قدرتها على التمويل.. وفقا لأولويات الدول النامية فضلا عن ضرورة احتواء إشكالية تنامى الديون السيادية للدول النامية.. بما فيها الدول متوسطة الدخل.
السيدات والسادة، لم يعد الصمت خيارا، إزاء ما اندلع من أزمات.. ولم يعد الانتظار والترقب حلا.. لمواجهة السيناريوهات العالمية المحتملة، جيوسياسيا واقتصاديا ودعونى أقول لكم: “إننا لا نملك رفاهية تأجيل العمل والمواجهة.. فالتحديات تفرض نفسها.. وتمتد وتتسع وتتشابك ولا بديل عن وقفة صدق مع الذات.. نحكم فيها الضمير الإنسانى.. وقيم العدل والإنصاف والموضوعية.. والمصالح المشتركة وبما يتيح لنا التغلب على الأزمات الخطيرة الراهنة..والانطلاق بجهود التنمية وتحقيق الأمن.. نحو مستقبل أفضل للإنسانية بأسرها”.

Your Excellency, Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi ..
Your Excellencies, Heads of State and Government,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Allow me, at the outset, to express my sincere gratitude to His Excellency, the Prime Minister of India, for organizing this summit, which is being held against the backdrop of a severe escalation of global geopolitical tensions. It also comes amid the ongoing repercussions of the successive global economic crises, the slowdown in the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals, the aggravation of climate change challenges, in addition to the growing state of polarization and selectivity that is becoming more acute on the world stage.
Perhaps the way the international community interacts with the ongoing war in the Palestinian territories is an embodiment of the selectivity that we are talking about. The war machine is still reaping more lives, leaving behind destruction and displacement, despite growing international warnings of the imperative need to protect civilians and respect international law, in addition to the vital importance for the Palestinian people to obtain their legitimate right to establish their state and live in peace and security side by side with Israel.
Excellencies, Heads of State and Government,
The crises that we are living today, even though they have a political and military face, are intertwined with the profound economic imbalances that the world is witnessing. These imbalances substantially undermine the fulfillment of economic and social human rights, particularly in developing countries.
The need to develop and reform the World Order in a comprehensive manner has become imperative. On top of that comes the reform of the international economic and financial structure, including the creation of vigorous financing mechanisms and taking full advantage of the existing ones.
Added to this is reforming the policies and practices of multilateral development banks, in order to enhance their financing ability in accordance with the priorities of developing countries. In addition, it is of a crucial necessity to address the issue of growing sovereign debt of developing countries, including middle-income countries
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Silence is no longer an option in the face of the crises that have broken out. Waiting and anticipating are no longer a solution to the potential international scenarios, geopolitically and economically.
Let me tell you something:” We do not have the luxury of postponing action or confrontation. The challenges are imposing themselves: they are extending, expanding and becoming deeply intertwined. There is no substitute for a moment of honesty with oneself, in which we uphold human conscience, the values of justice, equity and objectivity and joint interests. This shall enable us to surmount the current momentous crises and unleash the efforts to bring about development and security for a better future for all humanity.
